Looks like there have been some updates to what is coming to the Four Corners Shopping Center on the southwest corner of FM 423 and US 380. Currently already built on the site is a CVS and two apartment complexes. It looks like there are going to be a lot of eating places and possibly an H-E-B, although H-E-B has not announced a new store at this location.

Based on the photo from Davidson Bogel Real Estate site, it looks like they have plans to put in a Panda Express, DutchBros Coffee, Whataburger, Velvet Taco, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and Black Rifle Coffee Company. Also looking at a plat of the Four Corners Shopping Center filed with the city of Frisco, it looks like there may be a park between the two apartment complexes.
