Looks like Plantation Homes has sold their first lot. It is the pie shaped corner lot on Gordon Heights Lane. With this latest sale, there are now 4 homes/lots sold in Somerset Park.
There is another sold sign in the neighborhood. Looks like the second Taylor Morrison spec home on Radstock Rd was sold. So Taylor Morrison only has 1 lot left on Radstock and Plantation Homes has one spec and one lot available.
Taylor Morrison has another lot sold. This time on the corner of Radstock Rd. This lot will have the Peridot floor plan built. This leaves only one lot and one spec home by Plantation Homes available on Radstock Rd.
Another Plantation Homes spec house has been sold. This time on the corner of Dulverton Dr. Plantation Homes has only two spec homes left, one on Radstock Rd and one on Dulverton Dr.
Looks like it has been a busy week for Taylor Morrison. There sold 3 additional lots this week in various locations in the neighborhood. Two are on Brent Knoll Drive and one on Bryan Crest Court. The two on Brent Knowl Drive will join the two spec homes by Taylor Morrison. The one on Bryan Crest Court will be the first house on that block.
It seems like activity throughout the neighborhood has really picked up. There were 2 more lots sold and 1 more spec home sold this week. Taylor Morrison sold another lot on Brent Knoll Drive and also sold the Pewter floor plan spec home. Plantation homes also sold one of their pie-shaped lots on Brent Knoll Drive.
Looks like the Taylor Morrison spec on Radstock Rd is available again so the deal must have fallen through. Other than that it looks like it was a pretty good weekend for the builders in the neighborhood. There were two new Plantation Homes lots and one new Taylor Morrison lot with sold signs on them. Plantation Homes sold a south facing lot near the end of Dulverton Dr. and a north facing lot on Bryan Crest Court. The Taylor Morrison lot that was sold is an east facing lot on Sedgemoor Dr near the intersection with Bryan Crest Court.
Going through the neighborhood today, two more sold signs popped up. One was for a lot by Plantation Homes at the end of Dulverton Dr. and the other was the last Taylor Morrison Home on Radstock Rd. The inner square of the neighborhood is really building up.
The sold signs are really starting to pop up all over the community with construction starting on a few of those homes. It is just a matter of time until we see the newly built homes and families filling up the neighborhood.
Taylor Morrison sold another spec home, so they only have 2 left. There have also been more lots sold by Plantation Homes. Driving through the neighborhood you will now see a lot of construction with many homes shooting up. The neighborhood is really starting to fill out especially in the front part.
It’s been a while since the site plan was updated. This update shows a lot of activity from sales but also shows that Taylor Morrison has planned a lot of spec homes that will be ready for people who want a faster move in.
The neighborhood is really filling up fast. Looks like each builder has less than 20 lots each. Each builder has built some spec homes for those that need immediate move-in. I still need to do a full update on the map for Plantation Homes.
As you can see the interior of the neighborhood is becoming full. Most of the lots left are on the outskirts, but they are all still a pretty good size.
